Summary
We ask for no registration. We only process personal data if you ask for the SRIJ list alerts by email.
Email alerts
If you ask for the alerts, we store your email, language, the page you signed up on, the date and the version of the consent text. The data is kept in a Cloudflare database in the European Union. We send a confirmation email (double opt-in) and only then the alerts. Emails are sent through Resend.
The legal basis is your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the end of every email; we then stop sending you alerts.
Statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which counts visits without cookies and without identifying people.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, and complain to the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD). To exercise your rights, use the contact page.
